As the IT Director at PT. Indah Logistic, I led several initiatives to improve the organization’s infrastructure. This included upgrading existing applications to handle high-traffic volumes, enhancing database performance, and migrating to the latest technologies to improve scalability and security. I implemented monitoring systems to improve security awareness and backup systems, ensuring high availability and failover capabilities. This project significantly boosted operational efficiency and reliability, supporting the company’s growth and expansion.
2. Cloud Solutions and Multi-Cloud Management (PT. Pegi Lagi Indonesia)
In my role as CTO at PT. Pegi Lagi Indonesia, I led the integration of cloud solutions, utilizing platforms like AWS and AliCloud to optimize business operations. I oversaw the setup of cloud services such as EC2, RDS, and Lambda, ensuring that applications were running on scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructures. This allowed the company to reduce operational costs while improving performance and flexibility.
3. Mobile App and API Development (Solarnet Group)
During my tenure as CTO at Solarnet Group, I managed the development of mobile applications and REST APIs, particularly for Android and iOS platforms. I worked on projects such as SMS Banking, Bansos Online, and Terminal Management Services (TMS), ensuring that all applications were user-friendly, scalable, and secure. My role also involved overseeing the integration of backend services with third-party systems and coordinating development across remote teams.
4. Network Security and High Availability (PT. Cipta Samudera Artha)
At PT. Cipta Samudera Artha, I led efforts to implement high availability configurations, network security enhancements, and intrusion detection systems (IDS). This involved setting up redundant systems to ensure business continuity, optimizing server performance, and applying security protocols to safeguard sensitive data. This project enhanced system uptime and provided the organization with a robust, secure IT environment.
5. Business Process Automation (BPR Eka, BPR Surya Yudha)
I was involved in automating critical business processes for BPR Eka and BPR Surya Yudha by designing and implementing custom software solutions. From developing Android-based EDC systems to integrating enterprise-level services, I led initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual errors, and enhance efficiency through automation. These solutions helped improve customer service and support business growth.
6. Software Development and Agile Management (Anabatic Technologies)
At Anabatic Technologies, I served as an IT consultant and contributed to software development projects focused on international financial services. I worked with teams to build secure systems and integrations for remittance processing, EMV compliance, and more.
